Design and 3D are integral parts of the Eye Candy recipe and with a team of award-winning 2D and 3D artists who have the ability to mix and blend design, any production style can be created.
Our tools include Maya, Fusion, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop. Our custom-built job tracking and management system is so sophisticated we wish we could run our own lives with it.

A founding partner and Managing Director Damian Stocks - A strong creative thinker with the technical skills to back it up, Damian has headed up projects for a wide variety of Regional, National and International clients and projects.
Once our senior technical artist and animator, Damian remains intimately involved in the creative and technical aspects of every job to ensure that the level of Quality we strive to deliver is met. In his spare time Damian enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his 6-year-old son and 2-year old daughter. His favourite chocolates are Lindt white truffles.
A Founding partner and Creative Director of Eye Candy, Rachael oversees all projects at Eye Candy from start to finish ensuring the visual consistency and integrity of the work. Once our senior concept and model/texture artist, Rachael is the driving force behind the creative and visual aspects of all of our work.
Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a Certificate IV in 3D Animation from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE). Her strong visual style, passion for design and reputation in the industry led her to become a tutor at AIE. Also an award-winning children’s writer, Rachael says her drive and commitment to her work comes from her years as an ice skater, where she represented Australia. Her favourite chocolate is filled with ginger… “But do I have to pick just one?”
Johannes joins the team as our Executive Producer with a long and successful career in the field of Animation and VFX.
For the past 30 years Johannes has managed, produced and supervised a wide variety of international film and TV productions, (USA, Europe, Australia) working with such companies as Central Films, Universal Studios, Atlantis, ZDF, Ten Four Productions, TVNZ. The first feature he was involved in was ‘The Sound of Music’ and later collaborated on projects with Werner Herzog and Volker Schlöndorf in Berlin.
Over the past 7 years, Johannes has been involved in the setup and running of a number of facilities In Australia and New Zealand - he was selected from an international pool of candidates and appointed to establish a fully capable digital effects facility in Auckland, for Photon VFX in Australia - before producing all VFX shots for ‘Hercules’, a multimillion-dollar miniseries for Hallmark. Oktobor in Auckland New Zealand invited him to set up and head a new long format facility to service VFX and Animation. He also set up Photon Animation in Auckland New Zealand to produce a 13×30 minute High Definition TV series with a budget of $ 6.5 million.

Sean Bell has joined the team as our new Sydney Business Development Director. Sean has a wealth of experience to add to the team and has previously been working in Brand Consultancy as well as in media sales roles for Austereo, 2GB and Adconion Digital. Highly acclaimed art director, designer and business person Pawl Cubbin has been responsible for the development of some of Canberra’s most successful businesses, including high profile communications agency ZOO, Rex airlines and Academy Night Club. As a designer his achievements include the creation of many nationally recognised brands, including Regional Express Airlines, the Brumbies, TransACT, Masters Games, Floriade, Department of Family and Community Services, Verve Restaurant, Master Builders Australia and the Old Bus Depot Markets. His work has won many awards, including a prestigious Silver Award at the New York Advertising Festival and was also named Canberra Graphic Design Industry Individual of the Year in 2000.
As CEO of ZOO and CubbinCo, Pawl has been able to build his businesses by effectively analysing business processes and providing each company with the business tools and systems needed to deliver the best outcome for clients and owners. As a partner in Eye Candy he brings this experience on board, helping to deliver an uncompromised standard of service and creativity to our clients. His favourite chocolate is cherry ripe.
